Jenny
joined Davis Consultants, Inc. in 1994 and is a registered lobbyist. She excels
at developing legislative strategies, conducting detailed research and providing
analyses and message development for all of Davis Consultants' clients. Her
analytical skills and creativity are sought by government officials on a regular
basis. Jenny's strong business background began with her study of earlier 20th century railroad regulation. Jenny earned her Master of Arts Degree from the Univeristy of Northa Carolina - Charlotte in 1993.
