With
over 30 years of experience, Charlie's understanding of the Virginia political
landscape is unmatched. His sound political and media strategies are sought
by leaders in both the public and private sectors. Prior to founding Davis Consultants
in 1991, he served for nine years as Vice President of Government Relations
for CSX Corporation. Charlie served as Virginia Governor John Dalton's Press
Secretary and Executive Assistant before joining CSX. He worked in all aspects
of the broadcast industry for two decades prior to and following graduation
from the University of Virginia.
